Welcome to the Slough Satans Ice Hockey Team

A Team Scrimmage

Join us for a competitive, no-drills scrimmage every Sunday night:
Summer: 8:15 PM – 9:30 PM
Winter: 8:30 PM – 9:45 PM

This is a high-level, fast-paced session for skilled players only. If you’ve got solid experience and want to jump straight into quality hockey, get in touch—we’d love to hear from you.

We’re not a beginner’s group. Our players range from good to advanced levels, many having played in the British league system or equivalent leagues abroad. Current lineup includes players from Great Britain, Canada, the U.S., Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Japan, and Poland.

Expect full-on bench banter and competitive play with a solid group of ex-league players, all at a prime beer league time slot. What more could you ask for?

Ages 18+ are welcome.
Full regulation ice hockey gear is required.
Interested? Got questions? Drop us an email and come out for a trial skate.

Slough Satans Team History

Craig Moran and Julie Miles founded the Slough Satans in 2002. In the early days, the team focused on training and scrimmaging while it steadily grew. Over time, players of all skill levels and nationalities joined, building a diverse and competitive squad.

Today, the Satans roster includes players from Great Britain, Canada, North America, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Japan, and Poland.

Since 2011, the team has been led by Player/Coach Ade Wheeler, who also runs the highly successful Development Camp alongside coaches Dave Poulton and Charlie Nelhams.
